Dubbed the "Energy Queen", Isheba uses her magnetic and authentic energy to captivate her audience through the events that she hosts, whether it be physical or in virtual land. Isheba has worked with the following entities, but not limited to: The Ministry of Education (Jamaica), The National Secondary Students' Council, The Jamaica Teaching Council, Digital Jamaica and Flow.

Isheba serves as a youth leader and youth radio host with the Talk Up Yout group in Jamaica. Through this, she facilitates conversations surrounding youth participation and empowerment in Jamaica whole tackling youth issues and working to co-create solutions for such.
National Secondary Students' Council
Isheba served as the Region 1 (Kingston & St. Andrew) Public Relations Officer for the National Secondary Students' Council where she worked with students and students councillors from over 10 high schools in the area to propel youth participation in the decision making process in schools.
Jamaica Observer teenAGE Writer
Isheba worked as a teenage writer for the Jamaica Observer to produce Lifestyle and Educational content for young Jamaicans.
